 POSTPONED EVENTS

 During Phase I a participant can expect to work on all the fundamentals of fitness. Expect to meet outside, rain or shine. Locations will vary. 4 weeks long. During bootcamp you will be spending an hour doing form of cardiovascular and strength training using calisthenics, running, hiking, interval training, or obstacle course challenges, along with strength elements using your own body weight or outdoor resources. You''ll also work on flexibility in a stretch portion of the class. This will challenge the mind as well as the body. All participants will have a full fitness evaluation by a trainer and profile picture taken before and after to assess improvements. Mini-challenges and competitions are embedded to keep you motivated and accountable. These classes are not for the faint of heart but anyone can participate. You will be sure to walk away wanting more and not wanting more at the same time.. kinda a love hate thing.. :) 

PHASE II

Now that you've set the foundation in Phase I you're ready to take on the next step in the bootcamp series.. Phase II focuses on getting that body back and slimming that waist line.  For those who are already in shape this is only going to highlight what you already have and make you look even better and stronger! 

PHASE III

Wow!! You''ve made it through Phase I and Phase II. You have laid the foundation in PI and built some hardcore muscle in PII, Phase III is to tie it all together and make a finished product. In Phase III you will be expected to perform Personal Daily Challenges for 28 Days along with showing up to the group sessions! This is the most difficult of the All the Phases.
